FOX Senior Living Spotlight: Caregivers & Family Members

This year on FOX Rehabilitation’s Senior Living Spotlight series, we have highlighted how FOX engages with residents of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and today we will focus on how FOX Rehabilitation benefits caregivers and family members within senior living communities. Director of Senior Living Partnerships, Brett Lomicky, and Regional Director, Kelly Palmer, OTR/L, CSRS, discuss how FOX Rehabilitation is a valuable resource for caregivers and family members—supporting them throughout the entirety of a patient’s plan of care. Kelly explains how FOX provides educational and informational in-service presentations to caregivers, which enables them to provide the best care possible for a senior living resident. Brett stresses the importance of communication and the value of clinicians, caregivers, and family members all working together for the needs of an older adult patient.
