Across FOX, colleagues are using this fresh start to articulate their goals for positive change in 2026. Their intentions reflect the many ways people strive for healthier, more meaningful lives. Below, they share their hopes for 2026. It is an ongoing process shaped by mindful decisions, self-awareness, and personal growth that supports fulfillment in every area of life.
