FOX Wellness Resolutions for 2024

The start of a fresh calendar year provides a chance to reassess your values and priorities in life. FOX colleagues shared their aspirations to motivate others to embrace positive transformations. Here, we present their planned changes for 2024, aimed at enhancing their lives within one of the eight dimensions of wellness. Wellness is an ongoing journey of self-awareness and decision-making for a healthy and gratifying life. It extends beyond freedom from illness, encompassing a dynamic process of continuous change and personal growth.

My resolution is to strive for MORE in 2024, especially including the mindset to do a little more each day so each day so that no one task is too big or overwhelming.
