FOX Wellness Resolutions for 2025

The start of a new year offers the perfect opportunity to reflect on what matters most and set intentions for the months ahead. At FOX, our colleagues are embracing this season of renewal by sharing their aspirations for positive change in 2025. These goals align with the eight dimensions of wellness, highlighting the diverse ways we can work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. Wellness is more than the absence of illness—it’s an ongoing journey of self-discovery, intentional choices, and personal growth that empowers us to thrive in every aspect of life.

I like to pick a word as a theme for the year, rather than a resolution. For 2025 my word is TRUST.

Develop a relationship with my finances that allows me to put more effort into opportunities that support my current goals vs spending money on materialistic things.
