Our 2023 New Year’s Wellness Resolutions

Published On 12.22.22

The beginning of a new calendar year creates an opportunity to re-evaluate what is important to you and what you prioritize in your life. We collected some aspirations from FOX colleagues to inspire others to move toward positive changes in their own lives. Below we’re sharing what changes they plan to make in 2023 to improve their lives in one of the eight dimensions of wellness. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. It’s more than being free from illness—it’s a dynamic process of change and growth.
