Next Steps

Your official onboarding with FOX will not begin until about 28 days before your start date, so please do not be alarmed if you do not receive any information until that time. If you are already within 28 days from your start date, you should receive an email from our onboarding team within the next 48 hours. Until then, you can begin to gather the following documents, as they will be required once your onboarding begins:

• Professional license
• Driver’s license
• PPD
• CPR
• Auto insurance
• ASHA (SLP only)
• I-9 documentation (click for list of acceptable documents)
• Diploma or transcripts

Please note that the name on your professional license must exactly match your legal name as it appears on your social security card. If these 2 documents do not match, please notify your Talent Acquisition Specialist immediately.

When your onboarding begins approximately 28 days prior to your start date, you will receive emails from the following:

• Your Onboarding Specialist
• Workday: our Human Resources platform
• Asurint: our background check vendor
• Tracker I-9: our I-9 vendor

Please complete your onboarding tasks as soon as you receive them. All tasks must be completed by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the Thursday before your scheduled start date.
