Stephanie Underwood

Stephanie Underwood joined FOX in 2018 as the practice’s first General Counsel.  Prior to starting her career at FOX, Stephanie spent over a decade as an employment attorney, primarily defending corporations in employment disputes including, allegations of discrimination, breach of restrictive covenants, and alleged violations of wage and hour laws.

Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a Certificate in Criminology, from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Wes, and their children, Charlotte and Francesca.
