Sarah Carothers

Sarah began her career with FOX in 2017 as an Account Manager in Ohio. Throughout her first year of helping FOX expand its footprint into the Buckeye state, she quickly realized her passion and purpose were to serve our partners and the residents of the senior living environment.

Since October of 2018, Sarah has fulfilled the role of Director of Senior Living Partnerships in the established footprints of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, and Missouri, and new territory development launching Kansas and Kentucky.

Before joining FOX, Sarah had a very diverse background that included teaching and running away with the circus. The main element that attracted her to FOX, unsurprisingly, was the unparalleled culture and the opportunity to work alongside such good people.

Outside of FOX, she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband, Jason and their two young children, Madelyn and Jason Jr. at their home in central Pennsylvania.
