Lisa Albro

Lisa Albro started her career with FOX in 2010 as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 2014 and to her current role as Chief People Officer in 2022. Prior to joining FOX, Lisa worked as an HR manager and corporate recruiter for a national mortgage company. Lisa began her career as a fourth-grade teacher and transitioned to recruitment for Graduate Admissions with Philadelphia University in 1999, where she worked for seven years before moving to corporate recruiting.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and elementary education certification from Rutgers University and her MBA from Philadelphia University.

When not overseeing the Human Resources team at FOX, Lisa enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.
