Jennifer Ruoff

Dr. Jennifer Ruoff graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2007 and joined FOX Rehabilitation as an Emerging Professional. She quickly discovered a passion for teaching, training, and quality improvement, which led her to take on several leadership roles focused on advancing clinical excellence. She earned her Doctorate from Chatham University in 2018.

Dr. Ruoff currently serves as Vice President of Innovation and Quality Assurance at FOX Rehabilitation, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on clinical excellence, innovation, quality outcomes, and the advancement of evidence-based care. A passionate advocate for professional development, she is dedicated to fostering the growth of clinicians and leaders while driving continuous improvement across the organization. Prior to her current position, Dr. Ruoff served as Vice President of Integration, providing leadership for practice expansion through new region development and mergers and acquisitions.

Outside of work, Dr. Ruoff enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, exploring the outdoors, and coaching soccer.
