Jason Hazel

Dr. Hazel started his career with FOX in 2011 as a physical therapist and Senior Regional Director of South Carolina. He was a member of the New Territory Development Team involved with regional startups in Maryland and Virginia.

In December 2015, Jason was named VP of Operations for South Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia. Due to his passion for senior living Jason stepped into a role as VP of Senior Living Partnerships in July of 2016. Jason earned a BS in Psychology from College of Charleston. He received his Master’s Degree in Rehab Sciences PT from the Medical University of South Carolina and his Transitional DPT from Temple University.

Before joining FOX, Jason served on the Spinal Cord Injury team at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. From there he took a position at Fairfield Memorial Hospital as Director of Rehabilitation Services. In November of 2008, Jason joined Newberry County Memorial Hospital as the Director of Rehabilitation Services and, afterward, performed as a Clinical Program Manager with Accelerated Care Plus.

During his off time, Jason loves activities with wife, Jess, kids, Dottie Grace and Gage, and dog, Wrigley. Oh, and he cheers loud and long for every Clemson sports team.
