Carey Sambogna

Dr. Carey Sambogna received her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2001 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2017. After spending several years in acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and outpatient care, Dr. Sambogna joined FOX Rehabilitation in 2004.

As a physical therapist working in both assisted living facilities and adult daycare centers of very rural Southern New Jersey, Dr. Sambogna fell in love with FOX’s mission and patients. Her first promotion at FOX lead her to expand the practice in Delaware as Regional Director. Dr. Sambogna then moved upward again to Senior Regional Director for Southeast Pennsylvania and Delaware, and continued her successful trajectory by taking on her current role of Vice President of Patient Services.

When she is not pouring her heart into the mission at FOX, Carey can be found spending time with her husband and two teenage sons who wrestle and play baseball up and down the east coast.
