Brian Fusetti

Dr. Brian Fusetti was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. in exercise physiology in 1993. In 2002, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Brian is Vice President of Clinical Operations overseeing FOX’s northeast footprint. Currently, Brian’s regions include New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine.

Upon joining FOX Rehabilitation in 2004 as a full-time clinician, Brian started up FOX’s New York City territory. In addition to building a successful team there, he also led efforts to expand FOX into more New York regions and into several other northeast states. Brian has been an integral part of FOX’s tremendous growth. Prior to working at FOX, Brian practiced physical therapy at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in New York City specializing in sports injury, where he discovered his passion for treating older adults at home.

Brian values spending quality time and traveling with his wife and two children, Juliana and Chase. You might also find him enjoying family fishing trips to Canada. He also loves spending time at the beach on his boat and playing sports. If he can find the time, you may hear him playing electric bass in his band.
