FOX Rehabilitation Introduces Carr Moody as Chief Financial Officer
CHERRY HILL, New Jersey—FOX Rehabilitation (“FOX”) today announced the appointment of Carr Moody as Chief Financial Officer effective March 18, 2024. Keith Longson, FOX’s CFO since 2020, will be leaving the Practice to enjoy his retirement but will be available as needed to ensure a seamless transition.
Moody comes to FOX with over 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 and middle-market private equity, planning and analysis, operations finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Moody was CFO for Masa Global, an industry-leading healthcare solutions provider offering supplemental medical coverage, where he was responsible for closing their private equity transaction. Before that, Moody served as CFO for Vision Group Holdings and Vice President of Finance for ABB Optical Group. He also held several executive positions with Office Depot, including Director of Global Treasury. Moody holds an MBA from Columbia University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a BS in finance.
FOX Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Robyn Kjar, said, “On behalf of the entire FOX leadership team, I want to express my gratitude to Keith for his financial guidance and contributions since joining FOX four years ago. Notably, Keith has helped lead FOX through a global pandemic, a changing labor environment, and our practices’ first of several acquisitions. His hard work and knowledge have been key to our growth, and we wish him all the best in his next chapter.”
Moody, FOX’s incoming CFO, said, “I am honored and thrilled to join FOX as its Chief Financial Officer. I look forward to partnering with an outstanding team of doctors and clinicians in continuing to provide industry-leading clinical care to the aging population. I am excited to build on FOX’s strong financial foundation and further the Practice’s continued growth through de novo expansion and strategic acquisitions.”
Coincidentally, though they had never met before the transition, FOX’s former and current CFO are both alumni of Boston College and Columbia University. Separated by a handful of years, Longson and Moody were even both members of Boston College’s sailing team. Dr. Kjar commented, “Even though we will miss Keith, we are excited to welcome Carr to our family. He is highly accomplished with a proven record of driving growth business strategies and has demonstrated expertise as a financial leader of several large organizations in healthcare, insurance, and consumer retail. I am confident that his experience and cultural fit make him the right person to help FOX continue our growth and help us maintain our mission of helping older adults be stronger, so they can live better, longer.”
