Kristie McCaffery

PRC
Vice President of Talent Acquisition
with FOX Since 2016

Kristie McCaffery is Vice President of Talent Acquisition at FOX Rehabilitation, where she oversees FOX’s Talent Acquisition and University Relations functions and leads a team of more than 40 professionals. She is focused on building the talent needed to support FOX’s continued growth while creating an efficient, engaging, and supportive experience for both candidates and her team.

Kristie’s career path to Talent Acquisition began in the classroom. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and her master’s degree in Elementary Education from Arcadia University, she worked as an elementary school teacher. She later transitioned into healthcare recruiting with General Healthcare Resources, where she worked as an agency recruiter helping healthcare organizations fill challenging and hard-to-fill positions. Her experience in healthcare recruiting sparked a passion for Talent Acquisition and for connecting talented people with opportunities where they can make a difference.

Kristie joined FOX in 2016 as a Clinical Career Specialist and has held progressively senior roles, including Senior Clinical Career Specialist, Manager, and Director of Talent Acquisition, before becoming Vice President. She has grown alongside FOX as the organization has expanded, helping build and evolve the Talent Acquisition function and team to support that growth.

Kristie is passionate about staying ahead of trends in Talent Acquisition and finding new ways to make recruiting easier, more efficient, and more effective. She enjoys developing people, building strong teams, and creating an environment where her team feels trusted and supported while delivering results. She also values FOX’s unique culture and is proud to be part of an organization working to abolish ageism and improve the lives of older adults.

Kristie believes great Talent Acquisition is about more than filling positions—it is about finding the right people who believe in the mission and helping them find a place where they can thrive.
Outside of work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, working out, traveling and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
