The Senior Living IQ initiative was recently launched by Argentum, the national association for senior living. This is a multi-year initiative supporting the ongoing investment in quality of life for residents of senior living communities.

Currently, the initiative is broken down into three phases: awareness, action, and investing in employees. The first phase will be identifying what are the common challenges facing our industry. The second will provide industry guidelines while the third will be a focus on training those who directly serve resident.
