Jeff Brook

Dr. Jeff Brook is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the Chief Clinical Operations Officer of FOX. He earned his BA in Biology from Lyncoming College, Williamsport, PA, his Masters in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine, FL, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, Glenside, PA. Jeff joined FOX in 2004 as Physical Therapist. In 2007 he was promoted to Regional Director of the South NJ teams, then to Senior Regional Director in 2010, and earned several more promotions before being appointed VP of Operations in NJ in 2014. He is now overseeing the FOX expansion into Indiana and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining FOX, Jeff practiced in outpatient care at Romash Physical Therapy in Haddonfield, NJ, followed by working in acute care and home health at Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, NJ.

When not overseeing operations for FOX, Jeff likes to do a little weightlifting and spend time with wife, Loren, and two girls, Ellie and Erin.
