FOX Wellness Launches “Mobilize by FOX Wellness”
CHERRY HILL, New Jersey—FOX Rehabilitation is proud to announce the launch of Mobilize by FOX Wellness (“Mobilize”), a personalized stretching and mobility program designed to help aging adults stay flexible, reduce pain, and maintain independence as they navigate the aging process. Mobilize expands FOX’s growing suite of in‑home wellness services, which currently includes one-on-one strength and balance training delivered by FOX Fitness Specialists.
Flexibility naturally declines with age, and without regular stretching, older adults can lose up to 50% of their flexibility by age 70, according to the National Institutes of Health. This loss contributes to joint pain, increased fall risk, and reduced functional independence. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends stretching two to three days per week, noting that properly dosed stretching can improve joint range of motion by 20-40%. These evidence‑based insights inspired the development of Mobilize as part of FOX’s mission to help older adults live better, longer.
