Dan Lestician

Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral sciences and a Master’s degree in occupational therapy from Seton Hall University. While completing his studies, he worked as a campus tour guide and served as the OT program’s Student Liaison to the New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association.

During his Level 2 fieldwork in his final semester at Seton Hall, Dan learned FOX Rehabilitation was where he wanted to be. In 2019, he officially joined FOX as an Occupational Therapist on the Pennsylvania Southwest team. He then became Account Manager, serving both Delaware and Chester counties. Dan moved to New Jersey in 2022 to join the New Jersey Shore North 1 team and serve Ocean County. The following year, he took Atlantic and Cape May counties. In 2025, Dan was promoted to Director of Senior Living Partnerships. In this new role, Dan plans to combine his sales and clinical experience to expand FOX’s footprint in the senior living space, allowing more older adults access to FOX’s high-quality care.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their two adopted greyhounds, Reggie and Bean. Some of his hobbies include home-improvement projects, exploring the outdoors, and cooking.
