Dr. Jason Hazel joined FOX Rehabilitation in 2011 and has served in a variety of leadership roles spanning operations, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his tenure, he has helped drive organizational growth, expand access to care, and strengthen FOX’s presence across multiple markets and healthcare settings.

As Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, Jason leads initiatives that advance FOX’s long-term vision for transforming healthcare through value-based care, functional health, wellness, and longitudinal care. He is responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and aligning organizational strategy with FOX’s mission to redefine the role of clinicians in healthcare. Jason is passionate about building sustainable models that expand access to innovative care while creating meaningful value for patients, partners, and communities.

Through strategic innovation and collaboration, he is helping create a future where care extends beyond traditional episodes of treatment and evolves into lifelong clinical partnerships focused on preserving independence, optimizing function, and improving quality of life.

Building upon the vision established by FOX founder Dr. Tim Fox, the foundation strengthened under CEO-Emeritus Dr. Robyn Kjar, and the transformative direction being led by CEO Dr. Anthony Buccafurni, Jason is helping shape the path forward for FOX’s next chapter. By aligning growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships, he is committed to helping scale the FOX4Life vision and position FOX as the national leader in functional health and longitudinal care.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston, a Master of Health Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina, and a Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University.
