Ronald Fleck, Jr.

Ron Fleck graduated from Thomas Jefferson University College of Allied Sciences with his degree in Physical Therapy in 1989. He joined FOX in 2007 as a practicing Physical Therapist treating geriatric patients throughout Western Pennsylvania. Soon after, Ron assumed the role of Regional Director of Clinical Operations to support a growing Pittsburgh region. In 2018 he was promoted to Senior Regional Director where he over saw expansion into Ohio. Ron helped establish Fox Teams in the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati markets. In 2023 his Senior Regional Director responsibilities continued to grow to include oversight of Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin.

Before joining FOX, Ron worked for his fathers physical therapy practice, Allegheny Rehab, as a staff PT. He started his own private practice in 1994 specializing in geriatrics. He saw that practice through a successful acquisition in 2005 prior to joining Fox in 2007.

In his free time, Ron enjoys coaching sports, hunting and spending time with his family.
