Jeff Falini

Dr. Jeff Falini earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. He joined FOX Rehabilitation as a physical therapist immediately following graduation and advanced through multiple leadership roles within the organization. Dr. Falini also holds Geriatric Clinical Specialist Emeritus status through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Throughout his career at FOX, Dr. Falini has played an instrumental role in organizational growth, clinician development, and operational performance. As Vice President of Operations, he provides strategic leadership for clinical operations and growth initiatives, supporting clinician success, patient access, operational excellence, and continued growth across the organization.

When he’s not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and staying active.
