FOX Rehabilitation Expands Nationwide Presence With Acquisition of Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions
CHERRY HILL, New Jersey—FOX Rehabilitation (“FOX”), the Nation’s leading provider of Geriatric House Calls™, is thrilled to announce its acquisition of Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions (“Ageility”), a distinguished provider of physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology for older adults in 27 states.
With this strategic acquisition, FOX will welcome approximately 1,200 new colleagues to its practice and is excited to begin serving older adult patients in six states new to their footprint – California, Colorado, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, and Oregon. This acquisition expands their opportunity to provide care to older adults in 36 states and Washington D.C.

In 2017, FOX made its first expansion to the Midwest and in 2023 began treating patients as far west as Arizona.
