Official Rules – “Find FOX” Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

The “Find FOX” Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are attending the APTA CSM Conference in Anaheim, CA on February 11–14, 2026. Employees of Fox Management Rehabilitation Services LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Sponsorship

The Sponsor is FOX Management Rehabilitation Services LLC located at 7 Carnegie Plaza, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. You can reach Sponsor at info@foxrehab.org.  Sponsor will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on February 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT and ends on February 13, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT (“Contest Period”).

How to Enter

1. Access the contest landing page via QR code, email, social media or other direct link.
2. Complete the sign-up form to receive clues and about the FOX’s location and the designated phrase that must be said to a FOX representative with the fox.
3. Follow the clues and locate the FOX mascot at the designated approximate times:
   • Thursday, February 12 at 3:30 PM PT
   • Friday, February 13 at 12:30 PM PT
4. The first eligible participant to physically locate the FOX mascot at each designated time and notify the FOX representative with the designated phrase provided in the clues will win the daily prize.

All entries must be received during the Contest Period. Limit one entry per person.

Prizes

• Daily Prize: $500 awarded to the first eligible participant who finds the FOX mascot on each day and says the correct phrase (two prizes total).
• Second-Chance Drawing: An additional $500 prize will be awarded via random drawing from all eligible participants who signed up but did not win a daily prize.
• Second-Chance Social Media Drawing – An additional $500 prize will be awarded via random drawing from all eligible participants who take a photo with the FOX at CSM, post it to their Instagram Story, and tag @foxrehab.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $2,000.

Odds

The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

Winner Selection & Notification

Daily winners will be determined on-site by being the first to locate the FOX mascot and notify a FOX representative with the correct phrase. The second-chance winner will be selected by random drawing on or about February 14, 2026. Winners will be notified via email or phone provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Agreement to Rules

By entering the Contest, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  By entering the Contest, You represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules.

Release & Limitation of Liability

Your entry into the Sponsor’s Contest constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or Contest and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Sponsor’s Contest, You, the entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
