I Provide Rehab:
Recruits
Welcome to a different way of looking at rehabilitation. A way that includes respect, autonomy, challenge, opportunity, and fun. A way that places patient care above all and believes in and supports the people who make that happen.
Welcome to our section just for recruits. Look around and learn more about how you and Fox can rehabilitate lives.
Physical
Therapist
Fox Rehabilitation Physical Therapists will provide the highest quality rehabilitation to the geriatric patient with compassion and respect, utilizing traditional and cutting edge treatments. Therapists will utilize all their assessment, evaluation, teaching, training, and manual skills in handling patients within a variety of settings – Residential Home, Assisted Living Facility, Adult Medical Day Care, and Senior Hi-Rise. The physical therapist’s major goal is to assist patients in achieving optimal function and meaningful lives. To this end, they will work with their patients on strength, balance, coordination, safety, transfers, bed mobility, gait / mobility, pain reduction, flexibility and ROM, caregiver-ed, assistive and adaptive device training, and dementia / cognitive education and training. Fox therapists develop a unique Plan of Care tailored to each patient, and they perform treatments in the comfort of the patient’s home – with a frequency, duration, and time-frame that will lead to the best possible functional outcome, following all Medicare issued guidelines and regulations. All Fox therapists are continuously trained on geriatric-care research, outcome measures, assessment techniques, and treatments through journal articles, in-services, and continuing education classes. Through our philosophy, organizational structure, and clinical experiences, Fox Rehabilitation therapists are enthusiastic, happy, well-trained, and have a team spirit that allows them to care about each other, as well as the success of our practice as a whole.
