Medicare Aging
Specialist
As a Medicare Aging Specialist, you are expected to review our aging reports (reports that show Medicare claims that have not been paid for long periods of time), and research why the funds have been denied. Fox Rehabilitation has 365 days to submit claims to Medicare from the original date of services; any claims not paid need to be researched and corrected immediately. You are expected to have extreme customer service skills and work with Medicare to resolve any issues. If you have financial or banking experience, that is a plus, but not required. You must be organized as your primary function is to collect on denied claims as soon as possible.
