Customer Care
Coordinator
This position was created to assist clinicians while they are out on the road or treating in our patients' homes. The Customer Care Coordinator can assist with processing the referrals from patients living in Assisted Living Facilties, sending Request for Order forms (RFOs) to referral sources, calling the physicians' offices for patient information, and assisting with calls to the Power of Attorney (POA) for consent or information needed. Ideally Customer Care Coordinators will have at least a year of customer service experience; you will need to be personable, friendly, organized, and proficient on the computer.
