I interviewed to become a receptionist at Fox and they saw greater potential in me and made me a Human Resources Assistant. Then within a year, I moved up to Director of Staff Morale. That's pretty typical here. You have the possibility to really shine and move up. I love the philosophy and culture at Fox. It's all about achieving your full potential. Fox has absolutely transformed my life. I now believe I can change the world around me and I'm part of a group that changes lives every day. I just feel so lucky.
