When I heard about Fox from my best friend who worked there it sounded too good to be true, but it wasn't. I think I was totally meant to be here. I wake up every day and want to go to work. There's an amazing amount of respect and support and no one ever forgets why we're doing this – we're here because we care. Last year a woman came to us who had suffered a stroke and had to be in assisted living. She was very low. I found out her daughter was four months pregnant and all this lady wanted was to be able to hold her grandchild without fear of dropping the baby. We worked with that goal in mind. Through highs and lows, depression, a fall -- I reminded her of that goal. I was moved to tears when I got the photo of her, beaming with tears streaming down her face, as she held her precious tiny granddaughter. We are so lucky to be able to bring meaning back to people lives.
